This policy covers people who visit trensli.com, restaurant groups who use Trensli, and the employees and managers who sign in to a workspace.
Where a restaurant group is our customer, that group controls the operating content and employee records inside its workspace. We process that information on their instructions.
We keep collection narrow and tied to running the product.
Account information — Name, work email, role and the locations you are assigned to.
Operating content — The procedures, training, role guidance and location detail your group asks us to build and maintain.
Usage — Which content is opened and which questions go unanswered, so gaps surface for your leadership.
Inquiries — what you tell us in a walkthrough request or on a call.
Technical — Log data such as IP address, browser and timestamps, kept for security and diagnostics.
We use this information to operate your workspace, to do the managed buildout and maintenance work you have engaged us for, to support your team, and to keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use your operating content to train models for other customers.
When Trensli personnel may access your workspace
Authorized Trensli personnel may access Customer Content only where reasonably necessary for those purposes. Access is limited to providing and supporting the Services and is subject to applicable confidentiality and security obligations.
We use a small set of service providers, each bound to handle information only on our instructions.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where your employer controls the workspace, we will pass the request to them and support them in answering it.
